RWMF 2025 Contest

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Open to All Nationalities: Anyone from around the world may enter.
    • Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older at time of entry.
    • Valid Ticket Purchase Required:
      • Must purchase a 1-Day Adult Pass or 3-Day Adult Pass to RWMF 2025 between 8 March – 22 June 2025.
      • Tickets must be purchased via the official website (www.rwmf.net) or authorised resellers.
      • Complimentary, vendor, media, or performer tickets are not eligible.
    • Instagram Account Requirements:
      • Entries must be posted via a public Instagram profile.
      • Participants must follow:
        • @RWMF.official
        • @sarawaktravel
        • @malaysiaairlines (for #MyRWMFParisFit)
        • @protoncars (for #MyRWMFDance)
    • Original Content Only:
      • Videos must be original, self-filmed and themed around “Connections – One Earth, One Love.”
      • Use of AI, reposting others’ content, or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
    • Multiple Entries Allowed:
      • You may enter both challenges or submit multiple Reels per challenge.
      • However, only one prize may be won per person, per ticket.
    • Verification:
      • Winners must present a valid E-ticket number as proof of purchase.
      • Failure to verify ticket or ownership will result in disqualification.
  2. Personal Data
    • By entering, participants consent to the organiser using their data for marketing, communication, and promotional purposes.
    • The organiser may use submitted content (names, photos, videos) for publicity without further compensation.
  3. Contest Prizes & Winner Announcement
    • Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
    • Visuals are illustrative; prices do not include road tax, insurance, registration, airport tax, or handling fees.
    • Winners will be announced within two (2) months after the festival on RWMF’s official Instagram & Facebook, and contacted via phone, email, or social media.
  4. Claiming Prizes
    • Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days of the announcement.
    • Winners must arrange their logistics for prize collection.
    • Proof of ticket purchase is required; disqualification applies if validation fails.
  5. Liability
    • The organiser is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize usage.
  6. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
    • By entering the contest, participants agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions.
    • All decisions made by the organiser are final and non-negotiable.
    • Content must be appropriate and respectful.
    • Entries must not feature or imply: (Use of drugs, Alcohol consumption, Provocative or inappropriate themes)
    • The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these content standards.
  7. Changes & Suspension
    • The organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the contest or its Terms at any time without prior notice, including due to unforeseen circumstances.
