Wong Ah Shui has been a practitioner of Vipassana meditation for decades and his master is Ven. Sujivo, the foremost Malaysian monk teaching the Mahasi method of Vipassana meditation.  Mr. Wong is currently a Dharma worker at Kuching Buddhist Society (KBS) and teaches meditation every Thursday evening at KBS.

Alice Chieng  has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Fly@Yoga, Yin and other Therapeutic classes in studios  and privately  for 5 years now.

She graduated in her MBA but found her irresistible love in Yoga and decided to complete her 200 Hours Teacher Training Program in 2011 with School of Sacred Arts, Bali.

“My practice is simple – Be fluid, like water –  Graceful, Strong and with Healing. Then, consolidate Pranayama  breathing  into it. There, a moment of bliss in mindfulness.”

Budokon Yoga is a style of yoga codified and popularized by martial arts and yoga master Cameron Shayne beginning in 2001. It is a unique mixed movement arts training system which includes yoga, calisthenics and animal locomotion.

The foundation of this style is the Budokon Yoga Primary Series. This series consists of 7 intelligently assembled sections of slow and controlled movements designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. The emphasis is on the transition from posture to posture rather than holding the postures themselves.
