Kuching, Thurs: Organiser of the Rainforest World Music Festival is offering free T-shirt for every purchase of two entrance tickets for adults or child and is available this weekend at major shopping complexes here.
Booths selling festival tickets will be opened at The Spring, Boulevard Kuching, CityONE Megamall, Green Heights Mall and Plaza Merdeka starting at 10.00 am onwards on Saturday and Sunday only.
Current promotion rate for single entry ticket is RM110.00 for adult and RM50.00 for children age 7-12 years.
Also available on sale are the three-day entrance ticket priced at RM 300.00 for adult and RM 130.00 for a child while the family package for two adults and two children day pass is available at RM 220.00.
The 18th edition of the Festival will be held at Sarawak Cultural Village from August 7-9 with groups comprising of 17 international line ups and seven Malaysian bands will take the stage.
The much awaited world-class music celebration will feature local ethnic and world music, songs, dances to be presented by international class musicians which will resonate the foothill of the Mount Santubong rainforest.
Apart from the music, food marts with a range of delectable delights ranging from local Sarawak to western cuisines and a village marts selling local arts and crafts will be open for business for the festival duration.
